This feature is available from KeexyBox 20.10.1

KeexyBox can provide a Wi-Fi Access Point. It use hostapd to provide the service. This page allows you to setup the Access Point.

Steps before configuring Access Point :

1. Plug a RJ45 câble between your RaspberryPI and your Internet Router.
2. Make sure your RaspberryPI have the Internet connectivity from the wired link.
3. Make sure your devices have the connectivity to your RaspberryPI.

Notes when enabling Wi-Fi Access Point:

• A bridge will be created between a wired Interface and a wireless Interface.
• The Wi-Fi interface of your RaspberryPi can no longer be used to connect it to a Wi-Fi network.
• A new interface called br0 will be created. This interface will be use for Input and Output networks.

To setup the Wi-Fi Access Point:

1. Use your browser and connect to the KeexyBox Management Web interface.
2. On left menu, go to System settings → Wi-Fi Access Point.
3. You will be redirected to the Wi-Fi Access Point settings page.
4. Complete the form as explained below.
5. When you are done, click on Save to save settings otherwise click on Cancel. You will need to reload hostapd service or reboot KeexyBox for the configuration to take effect.
